Long Term Care Enquiry Form

Thank you for deciding to submit an enquiry to us regarding care fees planning.

There are basically two main ways to fund for care:-

  • By building a portfolio of investments to provide sufficient income to meet the fees, or
  • To insure against the costs by purchasing a special immediate needs annuity. In this case we can either provide just an indication but as it asks for very little medical detail it can significantly vary from the amount you will be finally asked to pay, or we can provide a fully medically underwritten quote which will give you an exact premium which would be required.

Please select the preferred choice by pressing on one of the following buttons:

Investment

Annuity (Indicative only)

Annuity (Underwritten)
